Update

On September 18, the House Early Childhood, Elementary and Secondary Education Subcommittee (Chairman Kildee, D-Michigan.) will hold a hearing on legislation (The Fast Track to College Act – H.R. 1578) that would encourage programs that allow high school students to enroll in college courses for credit prior to high school graduation.  The session will focus on the role such programs play in reducing the number of high school dropouts.
