Updates

On Monday, November 14, eleven states submitted requests for waivers from specific requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) to the U.S. Department of Education. The states that submitted applications are: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
