Yesterday, the House Appropriations Committee publicly released an omnibus spending bill designed to finalize the Fiscal Year 2012 budget process. The education section is found under Division F.  All spending levels reflected in the bill, with the exception of Pell Grant funds, will be subject to an across the board reduction of 1.89%.
